Located in Birgi, Odemis—a village famous for its rich history—our hotel was created by faithfully restoring our childhood 4-room historical stone house. Named after Birgi's famous silk cocoons (Koza) and the grape vines (Salkim) decorating our historical courtyard, our facility is both a boutique stone mansion hotel and a cafe restaurant serving the most exquisite tastes of Aegean cuisine.
"We will be honored to host you very soon."

The name of our kitchen and cafe business is Salkim, and our boutique hotel is Koza. In Salkim Kitchen, under the shade of grape vines, you can taste traditional Tongul pide from our Stone Oven, Odemis meatballs, and oven-baked sea bass wrapped in grape vine leaves.
